We accept cash, checks, debit, major credit cards, online payment, and CareCredit. Payment is due at the time of service, but we are happy to help assist you in making financial arrangements.

We accept all PPO dental insurances and are happy to assist you in filing claims and making the most of your yearly benefits. We are not a Medicaid provider.

DOCPAY payment plans provide an affordable, easy way to pay for healthcare services. Payments are automatically deducted from your checking account each month. Your only cost is a small transaction-processing fee for each payment. No credit approval is required and DOCPAY can be used at any participating office. Don't have dental insurance? No problem! The Springs Smiles membership plans were designed to help make dental care more affordable for individuals and families without dental insurance.  The plans we offer allow members to get the regular, preventative care they need and provide additional discounts for any treatment completed in our office.  These plans are ideal for those who are retired, self-employed, in school, or simply don't have insurance. All of our plans offer free cleanings, exams, and x-rays, plus an additional 15% off any needed treatment.  There are no co-pays or deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting period.
